Many times when people hear the word ‘eye care’, what comes to mind is going for an eye check and adhering to treatment (if an eye problem is present). It is not often associated with a lifestyle. However, just like every other part of the body, some specific lifestyle activities and conditions keep the eyes functioning well. The interesting thing is that out of all the major factors that determine your eye health status, lifestyle is the only one you can control. Also, you may be able minimize the impact of the other factors on your vision by the way you live.
